Three Rivers Paint Commercial
Year: 2023
Client/ Organization: Three Rivers Paint
My Role
Director, Cinematographer, Camera Operator, and Video Editor.
Project Overview
Three Rivers Painting Co. partnered with me to create a professional commercial that would bring its brand and services to life on screen. The production highlighted the company’s painting process, attention to detail, and commitment to serving customers throughout the local community. The completed commercial was created for television and digital marketing use.
Challenge
Three Rivers Painting Co. wanted a cinematic, high-quality commercial that would set the company apart from other local painting businesses whose commercials were typically filmed using traditional broadcast cameras. We needed to showcase the full range of the company’s work, including residential and commercial painting. This required filming at an active job site as well as visiting previously completed projects to capture the finished results without disturbing the residents. The goal was to present each location with a consistent, polished visual style while clearly demonstrating the quality and variety of the company’s services.

Creative Approach
I worked closely with the Three Rivers Painting Co. team to develop a commercial that felt professional, authentic, and approachable. I directed and filmed a full day of production across active and previously completed job sites, capturing the company’s process and the quality of its residential and commercial work.
Condensing an entire day of footage into a 30-second commercial was no easy feat. I had to be intentional about which shots moved the story forward and which ones needed to be left out. I created a welcoming and inviting opening that was still visually captivating enough to immediately hook the company’s target audience.
During post-production, I selected the strongest footage, edited the commercial, incorporated branded graphics and contact information, and prepared the final video for television broadcast. The additional footage from the production was repurposed into short-form social media content, giving the company more valuable marketing assets from a single day of filming.
Results
The completed commercial aired on a local television station and provided Three Rivers Painting Co. with a professional video asset that could also be used across its digital marketing platforms.
Blue Ridge Honey Promotional Video
Year: 2024
Client/ Organization: Blue Ridge Honey

Challenge
The challenge was transforming the honey-production process into a concise and visually engaging brand story. The video needed to explain how the honey was produced while also communicating the natural beauty of the region and the artisanal care behind the product.
Because the production involved filming outdoors around active beehives, I also had to work carefully and efficiently while capturing detailed footage of the process, the environment, and the people involved.
Project Overview
Blue Ridge Honey commissioned a promotional video to serve as the primary banner video for its official website. Working alongside producer David Ross, I traveled to the Blue Ridge Mountains to document the process of producing honey—from working with the hives to preparing the finished product.
The project combined product storytelling, environmental cinematography, and documentary-style production to help viewers understand the care and craftsmanship behind the company’s honey.
My Role
Director of Photography, Cinematographer, Camera Operator, and Video Editor
Creative Approach
I focused on cinematic framing, natural lighting, detailed close-ups, and smooth camera movement to give the project a premium and polished visual style. Wide shots established the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, while closer shots highlighted the bees, equipment, honey, and hands-on production process.
During post-production, I selected the strongest footage and structured the edit around the progression from hive to bottle. The final video was designed to feel informative, authentic, and visually refined while reflecting the company’s commitment to quality.
Results
The completed video gave Blue Ridge Honey a polished visual asset for the primary banner area of its official website. It helped communicate the company’s production process, regional identity, craftsmanship, and commitment to product quality.
Sweat Houz Promotional Video Campaign
Year: 2023
Client/ Organization: Legacy Franchise

Challenge
Sweat Houz offered several wellness services that needed to be communicated clearly to multiple audience segments. Creating a large collection of videos required us to maintain a consistent visual identity while ensuring that each video addressed a specific service, customer need, or stage of the marketing campaign. We also needed to organize the production efficiently so we could capture scripted promotional content, expert interviews, and podcast conversations within the available production schedule.
Project Overview
Legacy Franchise commissioned our team to produce a series of promotional videos for Sweat Houz, a wellness and fitness brand. The campaign was created to educate potential customers about the company’s services, expand its digital reach, and strengthen its brand presence. Working alongside producer David Ross, I helped develop and execute a collection of 63 videos tailored to different stages of the company’s marketing campaign.
My Role
Co-Producer, Production Team Coordinator, Cinematographer, and Video Editor
Creative Approach
We began by working with the Sweat Houz team to identify the company’s primary audience, including key demographics, age groups, and customer personas. Based on that research, we developed audience profiles and cast actors who represented those potential customers. We then created realistic interactions that demonstrated the customer experience and highlighted the benefits of Sweat Houz’s services.
The promotional scenes were filmed in a professional production studio. We also organized and filmed two wellness experts discussing the benefits of Sweat Houz’s services. These experts participated in podcast-style conversations that provided additional educational content and helped the brand engage its audience through multiple formats.
As a co-producer alongside David Ross, I helped assemble the cast and production crew, hire the appropriate personnel, coordinate production needs, and secure the necessary cameras and equipment to execute the campaign successfully.
Results
The team successfully produced 63 videos tailored to different stages of Sweat Houz’s marketing campaign. The completed campaign gave the company a versatile collection of content designed to educate its audience, showcase its wellness services, and strengthen its digital brand presence.
Never Let Me Down” Gospel Music Video
Year: 2022
Client/ Organization: James Fortune
Challenge
The production required us to develop an emotionally engaging story, assemble a large cast and crew, coordinate multiple filming locations, and complete the project within the available schedule and budget. One of our actors dropped out shortly before filming, creating an unexpected gap in the storyline. To keep the production moving and preserve the narrative, I stepped into the role while continuing to direct and oversee the production.
Project Overview
I directed, co-produced, edited, and appeared in the official music video for James Fortune’s “Never Let Me Down.” The project used a narrative-driven approach to bring the song’s message to life through relatable characters, emotional performances, and cinematic visuals. From pre-production through the final edit, our goal was to create a meaningful video that connected with viewers and complemented the power of the song.
My Role
Director, Co-Producer, Video Editor, and Actor
Creative Approach
During pre-production, I worked closely with producer David Ross to develop the concept, assemble the cast and crew, plan the visual approach, and secure the required locations. We selected a church in Decatur, Atlanta, and a residential property to create distinct environments that supported the story’s emotional progression.
My directing approach focused on capturing authentic performances and creating cinematic images that reinforced the song’s themes of faith, encouragement, and perseverance. After production, I edited the footage into a cohesive narrative that balanced the featured performances with the supporting storyline and music.
When an actor became unavailable shortly before filming, I stepped into the role to keep the story intact and prevent delays. This required me to balance performing on camera with my responsibilities as director and co-producer.
Results
The music video received a nomination for Gospel Music Video of the Year. Although it did not receive the final award, the nomination recognized the team’s creativity, production quality, storytelling, and commitment to bringing the song’s message to life.

Michael Kinder & Sons 2025 Year-End Brief
Year: 2025
Client/ Organization: Michael Kinder & Sons
Challenge
The primary challenge was creating one message that felt relevant to both office employees and field personnel. The two groups have different daily responsibilities and experiences, so the conversation needed to recognize both audiences and communicate how their individual contributions supported the company’s overall success.
The video also needed to balance several topics without feeling unfocused. It had to celebrate the accomplishments and memorable moments of 2025, thank employees for their work, address the conclusion of the year, and clearly introduce the company’s goals for 2026.
Another challenge was maintaining a natural and conversational tone while ensuring the owners covered the most important points. The final video needed to feel personal and authentic rather than overly scripted or formal.
Project Overview
At the end of 2025, I produced a corporate leadership video featuring two owners of Michael Kinder & Sons. The video was created to address both the company’s office and field employees while providing a thoughtful conclusion to the year.
During the conversation, the owners reflected on the company’s progress, recognized memorable moments from 2025, and expressed appreciation for the employees who contributed to the company’s success. They also discussed Michael Kinder & Sons’ priorities and goals for 2026, giving employees a clearer understanding of the company’s direction heading into the new year.
My Role
Video Producer, Director, Cinematographer, Camera Operator, Interviewer, and Video Editor
Creative Approach
I approached the production as a leadership conversation rather than a traditional corporate announcement. Featuring both owners together created a more personal and unified message while allowing their individual personalities and perspectives to come through.
I created a professional interview environment that encouraged a comfortable and natural conversation. The interview prompts were structured around three primary themes: reflecting on 2025, recognizing the contributions of office and field employees, and communicating the company’s goals for 2026.
During post-production, I organized the strongest responses into a clear narrative that moved from reflection and appreciation into the company’s future direction. I used supporting footage and memorable visual moments from 2025 to reinforce the owners’ comments and give employees a visual reminder of the projects, people, and milestones that shaped the year.
The final edit maintained a polished corporate appearance while preserving the authentic tone of the leadership message.
Results
The completed video gave Michael Kinder & Sons’ leadership a professional and personal way to communicate directly with both office and field employees. It recognized the team’s contributions, highlighted memorable moments from 2025, and created alignment around the company’s priorities for 2026.
