Creative Strategy. Measurable Growth.

Project Title: Michael Kinder & Sons Digital Content and Social Media Calendar
Result
The updated openings produced stronger early engagement and improved audience retention compared with the previous drone-video approach. This is presented as an observed improvement because an exact retention percentage is not supported by a saved analytics report.
Project Overview
Michael Kinder & Sons needed a more consistent and engaging digital presence that could connect with clients, employees, project partners, prospective hires, and the construction community.
I developed a content strategy combining construction progress updates, drone videos, employee recognition, company milestones, completed projects, recruitment content, community involvement, and branded graphics. I also created a strategic social media calendar and reusable templates to make content production more organized and efficient.
Client/ Organization: Michael Kinder & Sons
A coordinated content and social media strategy that expanded MKS’s digital reach, strengthened brand consistency, and increased weekly impressions from approximately 4,000 to a peak of 78,000.
Strategy
I introduced faster openings, time-lapse techniques, and visually engaging editing that immediately showed movement, construction progress, or transformation..

Challenge
MKS needed a more organized process for planning content around projects, employee recognition, construction-industry events, company milestones, recruitment, and community involvement.

Project Title: Michael Kinder & Sons Digital Content and Social Media Growth
Challenge
Traditional construction drone videos could take too long to establish the subject, creating a risk that social media viewers would leave before seeing the most important content.
Strategy
I developed a social media calendar centered on relevant construction and industrial holidays, recurring company content, project milestones, and employee achievements. I also created reusable branded templates for recurring posts.
Result
The calendar established a more proactive marketing workflow. Reusable templates improved visual consistency, reduced repetitive design work, and made it easier to prepare content in advance.
Tools and Platforms
Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, social media analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and drone-production tools

Project Title: Lens Head Media Lead Generation and Local Marketing Campaigns
Client/ Organization: Lens Head Media
Result
The campaign helped Lens Head Media achieve its highest number of studio bookings in a single month. The studio generated approximately the same volume of bookings in one month that it would typically receive over a three-month period.
Challenge
Lens Head Media needed a direct way to introduce its production studio to creative professionals throughout Atlanta and the surrounding area.
Project Overview
Lens Head Media needed to increase bookings for its Atlanta production studio and reach photographers, videographers, filmmakers, and other creative professionals who could benefit from renting the space, and also attract more clients to use us as their go to for video production, and video marketing.
I developed two coordinated marketing initiatives: a targeted email campaign built around a curated prospect list and a trackable door-hanger campaign using color-coded QR codes and dedicated landing pages.
Strategy
I researched publicly available, location-based social media hashtags connected to photography, videography, filmmaking, and production studios. From that research, I curated and organized a list of more than 300 relevant prospects.
I then designed a newsletter-style email containing studio information, visual content, and clear calls to action directing recipients to the Lens Head Media website and Peerspace booking page
